This Girl Can

'This Girl Can' is a sassy celebration of women everywhere no matter how they do it, how they look, or how sweaty they get.

Sport England discovered that 75% of 14-40 year old women in England want to exercise more, but the fear of judgement was stopping them.

This Girl Can will tackle these fears and a host of other issues to empower more women to give sport a go.

Berkshire This Girl Can news and updates ...

This Girl Can - Get Active Bursary - GBA hoped to encourage local ladies who are not currently taking part in activity, to leave their doubts at the door, get active and inspire others to do the same, by launching our This Girl Can – Get Active Bursary. We were fortunate to have over 54 applications in total and had the incredibly hard decision to whittle this down to just 10 ladies - who have now started their journey. Read their inspirational journeys here.
